The Virginia DECA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to obtain contributions and to award scholarships to deserving marketing students who are members of Virginia DECA, in their pursuit of careers in marketing, management, or entrepreneurship.

In 2007-2008 the Virginia marketing programs provided more than 20 different marketing courses to 34,500 students in over 200 Virginia High Schools.
